How does the Mystery Pack work?
You get 4 surprise pieces picked from our best sellers, based on what sells in your area. Every Mystery Pack has the same guaranteed minimum value of $165.00 at our regular prices, so no box is worth less than another. You'll see a QC photo of your exact pieces before it ships.
How were the pieces chosen?
Each pack is built from our best-selling pieces, so you start with styles buyers are already buying.
What if something looks wrong in the QC photo?
Reply to the QC photo message and we'll fix it before shipping.
How fast does it ship?
Packs ship from the USA within X business days after you approve your QC photo.
