Refund & Shipping Policy

At Jewelry Resell, we take pride in providing high-quality jewelry and making sure every order is carefully checked before shipment. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Jewelry Resell accepts returns or exchanges only for eligible order issues, including:

  • The wrong item was sent
  • The wrong size, color, or variation was sent
  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The package was confirmed lost in transit before delivery and cannot be recovered or re-shipped

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and any issue being reported.

All return, exchange, replacement, refund, or claim requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Jewelry Resell reserves the right to approve or deny any request depending on the situation, the condition of the item, the carrier/insurance claim result, and the evidence provided.

Approved returns are not guaranteed refunds until the item is received and inspected by Jewelry Resell.

Non-Eligible Return Reasons

We are unable to accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Entering the wrong shipping address
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • No longer wanting the item
  • Not liking the item after receiving it
  • Expecting a different look, size, weight, or style
  • Needing the item resized
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Duties, tariffs, customs fees, VAT, brokerage fees, or import fees
  • Packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing, photos, shipping information, and order information before placing an order.

Return Condition

If a return or exchange is approved, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging, free of damage, wear, resizing, or alterations, and returned with all original contents, including boxes, cards, certificates, or accessories if included.

Items that are worn, used, damaged, altered, resized, or missing original contents may be denied.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless Jewelry Resell made an error with the order. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. Jewelry Resell is not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or delivered to the wrong location by the carrier.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation.

Because orders are prepared as quickly as possible, cancellation requests, address changes, size changes, or order changes are not guaranteed after checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, the customer is responsible for contacting the carrier when possible. Jewelry Resell is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Final Sale Items

Custom items, personalized items, digital products, mentorships, and final sale items are not eligible for returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Jewelry Resell is not responsible for incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses entered by the customer.

Once an order is handed to the shipping carrier, tracking updates, transit times, delays, and delivery scans are controlled by the carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, holiday delays, or other transit issues do not qualify an order for cancellation, refund, replacement, store credit, or chargeback once the order has shipped.

Shipping Insurance & Lost Packages

All orders are insured in case a package is confirmed lost in transit before delivery.

Insurance coverage applies only to packages confirmed lost in transit before a delivery scan. Insurance does not cover packages marked delivered by the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit and has not been marked as delivered, Jewelry Resell will assist with the carrier or insurance claim process. Depending on the carrier or insurance claim result, Jewelry Resell may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

If the shipping carrier confirms the package was lost before delivery, we will work with the carrier or insurance provider to resolve the issue.

Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, the order is considered successfully delivered.

Jewelry Resell is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

No refunds, replacements, or store credit will be issued for packages marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure delivery location.

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to open a missing package investigation. Jewelry Resell may assist when possible, but a carrier delivery scan, GPS scan, delivery confirmation, or delivery photo will be treated as proof of delivery.

Duties, Tariffs & Import Fees

Jewelry Resell is not responsible for duties, tariffs, customs fees, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or any other fees charged by a country, government, or shipping carrier.

These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

If an order is delayed, refused, returned, abandoned, or held due to unpaid duties, tariffs, customs fees, import taxes, or brokerage fees, Jewelry Resell is not responsible for refunds, cancellations, replacements, or additional shipping costs.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, Jewelry Resell reserves the right to pause any replacement, refund, store credit, or claim assistance until the dispute process is resolved.

Jewelry Resell may provide order details, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communication, photos, videos, policy agreement, and any other relevant evidence to the payment provider, bank, or carrier.
