Custom Pendant Refund & Cancellation Policy

All custom pendant orders are made to order and begin processing shortly after payment is placed.

Because custom pendants are personalized and made specifically for each customer, all custom pendant sales are final once the order is confirmed.

Cancellations

Custom pendant orders cannot be cancelled once the design, CAD, mold, or production process has started.

If you request to cancel before production has started, we may approve the cancellation at our discretion. Approved cancellations may be subject to a 10%–20% cancellation fee to cover payment processing, design, labor, and handling costs.

Once production has started, no cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks are accepted.

Deposits

Any deposit paid toward a custom pendant is non-refundable. Deposits cover design work, CAD creation, communication, labor, and production preparation.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all custom details, including spelling, size, color, plating, stones, bail size, and design layout.

Once the customer approves the design or confirms production, we are not responsible for changes requested afterward.

Returns & Refunds

Custom pendants are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or we made a clear mistake with the approved order details.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Change of mind
Wrong size chosen
Wrong color chosen
Spelling approved by customer
Bail not fitting your chain
Minor design differences from reference photos
Delivery delays
Normal wear, scratches, tarnish, fading, or stone issues after delivery
Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your custom pendant arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos of the issue.

If approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, or correction at our discretion.

By Ordering

By placing a custom pendant order, you agree that the item is made specifically for you and that all custom pendant payments are final once production begins.

Production time on average takes between 20-25 Days with shipping time about 5-8 days. We usually ship with UPS, FED EX, DHL.
